Kirkland Preschool’s Annual Auction and Dinner

Year after year, Kirkland Preschool’s annual auction raises key funds to help supplement our programs and facilities. What we raise during the auction will go toward our annual and year-to-year fundraising goals. We rely upon our generous donors, sponsors, and supporters to help us fund scholarships (annual goal).

Our goal is 100% participation from our school community! Here’s how you can help:

Attend the Auction

Our auction is the biggest fundraiser for Kirkland Preschool’s community. Here’s our most lively opportunity to visit with friends, enjoy a night off from parenting, and support our community. You can enjoy hearty conversation over beverages. You can enjoy food prepared and cleaned up by our amazing caterer. At the auction, you’ll experience friendship old and new, delight in works crafted by your children, and have a grand time supporting our community. You want to come to the auction, you know you do. So, save the date and book the babysitter!

Procure or Donate to the Auction

Frequent certain businesses? Run an organization? Are you an artist? Own a vacation property? Have air miles to donate? Work with a generous employer who could donate goods or services to include in the live or silent auctions? If every family procures just 1, 2, or even more donations, this auction is set for success.

Sponsor a Teacher or Other Aspect of the Auction

We are grateful for our teachers and we hope you are too, sponsoring a teacher is an easy way to share appreciation for their hard work.

If you are a business owner and would like to financially support the auction while advertising your business, we’d delight in your sponsorship. We have several sponsorship opportunities available, all of which offer great exposure to our community of families and friends who support Kirkland Preschool. Facilitate the class project

The most important items found in the live auction are the thoughtfully crafted class projects that showcase each student, every year. We typically have one or two adult volunteers come in and facilitate these fun projects with each class.

Join the auction committee of volunteers

We are looking for parents who are interested in helping volunteer with making the auction a success. Maybe there is a certain facet of an auction you enjoy such as decorations, procurement, or maybe you'd like to make a photo slide show. Perhaps you would like to volunteer during the event to help it run smoothly with tasks such as check-in, recording, item bagging & check-out, or bartending.
